RMS Rider Training Scheme Overview

The NSW Roads & Traffic Authority, now Roads & Maritime Services (RMS), introduced the Compulsory Rider Training Scheme in 1990.  The program is available to approximately 95% of the population of NSW.

The Rider Training Scheme is sponsored by the NSW Government and is administered by the Roads and Maritime Services (RMS). The training is delivered by private Contractors.
WHEEL-SKILLS has been one of those Contractors since 1994 and are currently assigned the responsibility by the RMS to deliver Rider training and testing in different LOCATIONS in NSW

There are 2 levels of compulsory training required:

L-PlateThe PRE-LEARNER Course (Stage 1)

P-PlateThe PRE-PROVISIONAL Course (Stage 2)

P-PlateThe Motorcycle Operators Skills Test (MOST)
