Training can be arranged for individuals or groups and all courses allow the Instructor and trainee/s to work on various skills development together, both on the training range and the road. The focus for this training can be those specific skills you wish to develop. The duration of these courses can be from 3 hours up to 2 days.

You might like to arrange individual tuition for yourself, book into a group course or alternately, arrange for us to conduct a group course exclusively for your Club or organisation i.e. Ulysses Club, Harley Owner’s Group, American Motorcycle Club etc.

Group courses are normally conducted using a mix of training between circuit and public roads and can be conducted at various locations throughout the State.

Tuition is available to meet any specific rider training requirements you may have in order to make you safer and increase your confidence level when riding.  For example - training to prepare to undertake the RTA Pre-Learner course or other specific training to improve your cornering, braking and road-craft skills.

We can tailor a specific development program for you and provide individual instruction if required. We can also carry out an on-road assessment of your present riding skills and tailor the remainder of the session to improve your on-road safety.

The minimum time required for a session is 3 hours.

If this is you, consider participating in a 3 to 4 hour Refresher Course.  It is guaranteed that you will learn things you have probably never before considered. This course is structured to suit your needs and will commence inside the safety of the Rider Training Centre and is progressively designed to get you riding again, build your confidence and to address those basic skills required to operate safely on the road.

PREPARING FOR THE RTA PRE-LEARNER RIDER TRAINING COURSE

If you are apprehensive about joining an RTA Pre-Learner course, we offer one-on-one training to familiarise you with riding before the course.  This can be carried out at your own pace, which removes the pressure of trying to function and keep up with the group during the RTA Pre-Learner rider training course.  If you are not certain please give us a call to discuss any issues you may have.  One-on-one training however, does not remove the necessity to complete the RTA Pre-Learner rider training course.
